As a recently qualified art psychotherapist Franki have gained a diverse range of experience through trainee placements.
She has worked with children, adolescents, adults and adults living with learning disabilities, supporting mental health needs. She has experience of group and individual work, in her current role as a creative therapies technician she has been able to support art, music and family therapists in delivering remote sessions, during the covid pandemic.
Her area of interest and focus for her research is complex trauma and she is currently co-co-ordinator for the BAAT (British Association of Art Therapists) Complex Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation Special Interest Group.
