Rachel is passionate about working with Children and Teenager’s. For the last 16 years Rachel has built a range of specialisms, working in various roles across Dorset. These include bereavement, trauma, anxiety & family relationships.
Her experiences have led her to develop a Creative Integrative Practice that draws on a combination of Psychotherapy & Counselling approaches. For each client this means that their experience of therapy will be unique and tailored to their needs.
“Therapy is a place of change. Change from pain or distress to a place of calm and happiness. It is a journey that can be shared to help ease the burden. When it becomes challenging it can be worked out together. The power to find the solutions we seek is in all of us, sometimes it just helps to have someone take your hand and walk beside you. I very much look forward to the journey with you”
